"During the years at the Island many men, women and girls found employment there. It is impossible to mention them all. But one and all, they were just a part of our great family." -Allison Stout

The Island of Happy Days is still one great family today, just as it was when the Stout's ran their household here. Our guests find a special place in their hearts for Stout's Island Lodge, and we firmly believe that without our great staff we just wouldn't be the same resort.
Whether our team members drive a boat, show our guests to their room or haul luggage, prepare or cook gourmet cuisine, fix broken things, mow the lawn, clean the rooms, take out the trash, answer the phone, or tend the gardens--we all contribute to our guests' experience. Every detail, small and large make Stout's Island Lodge the charming resort that it is. On this team, we all have the same goal--give our guests an experience they will never forget. And it is our job to do what ever is necessary to make that happen. There is nothing that isn't our job when it comes to serving our guests.
If you are interested in joining our team, please fill out this online application which is directly submitted to our management team for consideration. We start hiring as soon as March for the summer, and hire extra help for the fall season, so it is never to early or too late to submit an application.
