How to become a Commonwealth Properties Rewards Member:
We made this incredibly simple by providing multiple ways to register:
- Access any of our property websites and follow the Membership links. You may also click Here to register. After you register you may present your member number at any participating Commonwealth Properties locations and receive your member card.
- Download our Rewards App – Commonwealth Properties – to your mobile device, this will prompt you to register and will also give you quick, easy access to your account information.
- Visit any of our participating properties and fill out a Commonwealth Properties Rewards form and we will register your Account for you.
By registering you are agreeing that you have read and accepted the Commonwealth Properties Rewards Program rules as they may be modified from time to time and published at The Fine Points. Each time you participate in the Rewards Program in any manner (e.g. earning Points, redeeming Points, accessing our website, etc.) you are agreeing to the updated rules, so please look at the updated Rewards rules regularly. By registering, you are requesting that Commonwealth Properties send you information about our special events and promotions via email. You can always unsubscribe to the email notices, but Commonwealth Properties won’t be able to tell you about Commonwealth Properties Rewards benefits, send reminders about your Points and Rewards or provide other important Rewards information. Please be sure to update your email address and personal information with any changes so you don’t miss out on any great benefits and/or important Rewards information.
How to monitor your Commonwealth Properties Rewards Account:
Once you register, your “Account” is created which tracks your Points earned, credit available, expiration dates and other activity. At any time after registration, you can log into your Account to review available Points, usage and other Account information. You can also download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards app for your mobile device to access your Account information.
How to download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards App:
Using your mobile device go to iTunes or Google Play and download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards App. Once downloaded, sign into the app using your Account username and password. If you have not created an Account yet, you may use the app to create one. The app will provide on-the-go easy access to your Account to review available Points, usage and other Account information.
How to acquire Commonwealth Properties Rewards Points:
Points are accumulated after you are completely registered for the Commonwealth Properties Rewards Program. There is no limit to the number of Points you can earn or accumulate, with restrictions to private events. Present your Rewards Card with your payment at participating Commonwealth Properties locations, and the Points earned for that purchase will be added to your Account.
Points are non-transferable. Only one Member may earn or redeem Points per guest check. Membership Cards are issued to individuals only, not businesses or other entities or groups. Reward Points are earned at the rate of one Commonwealth Properties Rewards point per dollar spent on food, beverage, hotel room nights, hotel add-ons, massages, personal training services, nutrition services, swimming lessons, or retail. Private events offer restricted points. Private event Points are earned at the rate of 0.25 Commonwealth Properties Rewards Points per dollar spent on food, beverage, and room rental fees. No Points are earned for gratuities, taxes paid, or incidentals. Points are earned at the same rate when Commonwealth Properties Gift Cards are purchased for face value. Points are not earned when any Gift Cards are redeemed. Points are not earned from rent payments or monthly membership dues. Points are not earned from locker rental fees, incidental charges, third-party related charges, giftbag fees, or ticketed events.
How to redeem Commonwealth Properties Rewards Points:
Members will receive rewards by email, Members can present these rewards when paying for their transactions. Members can also present their Membership Card, Members can also request to be looked up by our staff. Your Points can be redeemed for Commonwealth credit at participating Commonwealth Properties locations and be used towards food, beverage, hotel room nights, hotel add-ons, massages, personal training services, nutrition services, swimming lessons, or retail.
Points may not be redeemed in addition to extended Member discounts such as special promotions, etc. Rewards may not be used toward rent payments or monthly membership dues. Rewards may not be used towards locker rental fees, incidental charges, third-party related charges, giftbag fees, or ticketed events. Rewards may not be used in the same transaction they were earned. Rewards may not be used towards private events.
