How does Commonwealth Properties Rewards work?

You earn points every time you dine with us, stay with us and celebrate with us – you even earn points when you use a personal trainer or get a massage! Each dollar you spend with Commonwealth Properties earns one point. For every 250 points earned you will receive a $10 reward, which you can use towards dining, celebrating or hotel stays.

You will also receive special gifts for your birthday month, your anniversary and during our surprise promotions!

No, points are not earned from tax and tips.

Of course! Private events earn 0.25 points for every dollar spent on food, beverage, and room rental fees.

You will earn points from dining, hotel room nights, hotel add-ons, massages, personal training sessions, nutrition services, swimming lessons, private events (see restrictions) and retail.

Rewards

For every 250 points you earn, you will receive a $10 reward.

Yes, they expire three years from the date they are earned.

No, rewards earned from one transaction are only redeemable towards future transactions. Points take 24-hours to transfer into a reward.

Membership Restrictions

No, only individuals may become a member.

Yes, if you haven’t earned points in 18 months your account will be suspended. With a suspended account, you will not receive any promotional offers until you start earning points again. After three years of your account being inactive, your account will be cancelled.

Yes, however employees may not earn points or redeem rewards while utilizing any employee discounts/promotions.

Transactions and Account Access

There are two easy ways.

  1. Go online to commonwealthproperties.com/rewards and log into your account. You will be able to see transaction history, point total and account information
  2. Download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards mobile app. This app will give you a quick, easy way to access your Account information.

Yes, as long as you were a member at the time of the transaction you may receive credit up to 30 days from the date of your purchase by:

  1. Scanning your receipt and emailing it to [email protected]. Please include your name, member number and phone number to ensure accuracy
