Midwest Regional Cuisine
The menu changes regularly based on what foods are in season. It features Midwest Regional Cuisine using indigenous and cultivated ingredients from the American and Canadian Midwest.
The Island's Chef supports small local family farmers and artisanal producers to source organically grown and sustainably grown local ingredients. An expansive kitchen garden is located east of the Lodge.
Note that we will add a 20% service fee to all food and beverage purchases on the island. This is to ensure that each member of our team is able to earn a living wage.
